Cancellation policy:
1 nights rent or 50% down payment (whichever is greater) required at time of reservation, which is fully refundable (less $20 handling free) if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival . Payments can be made by cash, traveller cheque, or by email with PayPal or your credit card.
